Spurs boss needs a minor miacle

Football FanCast columnist Rob Facey says that it will
take a miracle for Juande Ramos to save the sinking ship at Spurs after seeing
Hull leave White Hart Lane with three points, which is more than Tottenham have
got so far all season.

There
was a familiarity in Juande Ramos' press conference yesterday as the Spaniard once
more defended his position as coach and that of the club who currently prop up
the Premier League table with a dismal 2 points from 7 games.
Was this the day that Liverpool got serious?

Football FanCast columnist Rob Facey reacts to Liverpool's amazing comeback at
Eastlands yesterday and asks whether this proves that Rafa Benitez's men have
what it takes to challenge for the title.

Rafa Benitez was
beaming in the post match interviews yesterday after witnessing his side come
from 2-0 down to record what could be a vital victory in Liverpool's push for
the title.
Has Newcastle United star played his last game?

Football FanCast
columnist Rob Facey wonders whether Michael Owen has played his
last game for England after being left out of the latest World Cup squad.

Fabio Capello has announced the England squad for the World Cup qualifying
matches against Kazakhstan and Belarus but has omitted Newcastle striker
Michael Owen.
Should Ramos be making light of Spurs' current plight?

Football FanCast columnist Rob Facey does not understand why Juande Ramos is making
light of the perilous situation he finds himself in at Tottenham and argues
that adopting the same attitude as the fans may not be the best idea.

Juande Ramos was
cool, calm and calculated in press conferences this week, but perhaps he should be taking things more seriously. Despite Spurs
1-1 draw in Poland that saw the club progress to group stages, the club still
remain in a perilous position and it is fair to say that tomorrow's game at Hull
is of great importance. Ramos is seemingly calm about the situation and knows
that it is all part of the game.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal or Man United - which attack is best equipped for the long haul?

Football FanCast
columnist Rob Facey wonders which of the Big Four has the
attacking strength to emerge victorious from a long season in the Premier League?

Now that all of the big teams in Europe are getting into the
swing of things it is a sensible time to asses how the Big Four shape up in the
final third of the pitch, potentially where this years title will be won or
lost.
