Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Celtic, who is the luckiest team in Britian?

Football FanCast columnist Jerome Johnstone follows up his search for the most intimidating football ground in Britain. And asks the question who gets the most luck in British football? Top contenders include Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Celtic, Chelsea etc.

Many will site the Manchester United victories over recent years as all down to hard work, grit and determination however no-one can dispute that they are a lucky side! United vs Spurs and the "Mendes goal that never was" goes some way to proving this theory.

Why have Liverpool not looked to resolve the root of their problem?

Football FanCast columnist Jerome Johnstone cannot understand why Rafa hasn't look to resolve the root of their problems this summer.

To say our performance in the transfer window has been a tad controversial is something of an understatement. We have had ourselves dragged through the mud, with both Spurs and Aston Villa crying foul and to be honest you do feel that the whole situation could have been handled, somewhat better and more befitting of our great football club.
Arsenal, Spurs and Aston Villa have to accept it's now part of the game!

FanCast columnist Jerome
Johnstone
feels that it is time that clubs accept that ‘tapping up' is just part of the
game.

Tapping up of players is something that has been
going on for years. Whether it is done through an elicit meeting, player orchestrated
or openly within the media; it is something that will always continue and
really something that the authorities can do little to stop.
What is Liverpool's best solution to their No.7 conundrum?

Football
FanCast columnist Jerome
Johnstone looks at the conundrum facing Rafa
Benitez in finding the best complement for Fernando Torres.

If there was shirt numbers that could have retired over
the years at Anfield, then it is the most definitely 7 & 9. Such has been
the array of talents that have put on the fabled shirts over the years from
Keegan, Dalglish, Rush, Fowler and now of course Fernando Torres. With the
number now comes pressure, an added expectation and with No.9 in very safe
hands with El Nino, it is vital that Rafa fills the No.7 with similar aplomb.
Should Liverpool boss activate a Plan B?

Football
FanCast columnist Jerome
Johnstone
feels it is time that Liverpool searched for a Plan B.

If Rafa Benitez has learnt something in the last few
weeks then it is that football has the ability to kick a man when he's down.
