As Juande Ramos signings go he must certainly have been considered the most understated, but I just wonder if he is the one to take Tottenham by storm. I'm sure not many supporters are yet of aware of the potential and abilities of Chris Gunter, but believe me this guy is some player.

I don't think there was a football supporter around who didn't echo the sentiments of Daniel Levy last night. The callus way in which football clubs continue to ride roughshod over rules and regulations is getting beyond a joke and you only hope the FA or Premier League make a stand and make an example of these teams - then who knows, the game might just get some sort of normality return.
